The Day Before the Miracle

 



Do not remember where I found this ornament, but it was our

Happy Birthday Jesus

ornament from the first year we placed on our tree

when my children were young.

 

Christmas night, the children would take this off our tree,

and place in the middle of a simple chocolate cake

with white icing.

Then we would turn off all but the tree lights, and sing,

Happy Birthday Jesus.

 

 



 

Jesus came as the babe in the manger....

so he could die on the cross for each of us.

Because of sin, each of us was separated from God.

 

Jesus was born to die, to be the miracle that ended our separation from God.

 

 

What miracle are you praying for in your life this Christmas?
