A Year of Gratitude - Dylan's birthday

Happy 3rd Birthday Dylan Robert Danks
About a week or two old.

Eating Grampa's french fries at his brothers ball games!

Just being such a cutie!
Sharing their January birthdays last year, Dylan and Kevin.

Dylan sharing Grampa's birthday with Jacob and Kevin last August

Sharing Grammie's birthday with all the grands last September.

Dylan you have added so much love, laughter and joy to not only
Mommy, Daddy, Jacob and Kevin
but to all the extended family who loves you.

You are such a blessing and my obvious gratitude today is being a grandmother!

Happy Birthday Dylan!
see you in just a little while.

Just had to sneak this one in, one of my personal favorites.
See his dimple?

From my heart to yours, may your day be blessed. Lynn

What a cute kiddie! Love the hair. Hope he had a grand birthday! I had to laugh because when I saw the first picture, I thought "what is the matter, that baby doesn't look three!!" lol then I realized it was a flashback.

Hi again Lynn!

Just wanted to pop in to thank you for enjoying my stew recipe. Sorry I don't have the nutritional info. I try to make my healthy recipes using low fat meats (fish, chicken, or low fat red meats) and fruits and vegetables. When possible, I try to lower fat, salt, and processed foods so what actually is going into your body is wholesome food that is good for you.

The stew is a recipe I made up recently, so I do not know the exact nutritional info. If you need that for your Weight Watchers plan (good for you for trying to better your health), I would suggest measuring the servings of each ingredient and add the points together. The recipe as written will make 6 to 8 bowls of stew, depending on the size of your bowl and how much you eat at a time.

Sorry I can't be of more help, but I hope that at least gives you an idea of how to count the points if you know how to do those for individual ingredients.
