Wildflowers and country roads

Hello Friend! Wildflowers and Country Roads is both a reality and a state of mind. I warmly invite you to join me on my journey. A journey of showcasing my vision: the beauty my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ has bestowed on the world I love.
My hope is that my photography will bless your day in a beautiful way.

Whoops!

Just a short note to tell all of you that my
"welcome to the first day of summer" post was a draft from back in June.
Yesterday after I post the "roadside stand" in Boone NC, I was cleaning up
my "labels" on prior posts.
Apparently, I redid the labels on the "welcome summer" post and then hit "publish"!

Yes, Ginny, I am still here in Florida and even thought it is "summer" temps
and tons of humidity, I do know it is the first day of Fall, lol.

Having said that.......I am glad I accidentally shared that picture of my
parents lovely back yard of long ago.
My parents so loved their home, the back yard.
Dad had a garden after he retired and mom always had flower gardens all around
the yard.

I am sorry I have not been visiting each of you much this week.
I will be around asap to catch up.
Happy Fall, Happy weekend to all of you.

Indiana, 2010

From my heart to yours, may your day be blessed. Lynn

The mystery is solved!! Gosh, I only WISH it was the first day of summer! For awhile there, I thought my dream had come true!

Hi Lynn! I hope you are having a nice sunday. The hot temperatures are back in our neck of the woods too. I guess that nice brisk weather we had a couple of weeks ago was teaser for things to come. My mother-in-law said to think of it as just an Indian summer! :) I enjoyed your summer post very much though, and I have done that before by accident too. Or sometimes on a day when I am not feeling up to writing I will repost something from the past that maybe my newer readers didn't have a chance to see. The picture of you and your family was really beautiful! Everyone looked so happy and relaxed under the shade of those big trees. Have a wonderful sunday! Delisa :)
